These Pre-WW2 Colt factory boxes are dark maroon or blackish in color.  Special-feature labels, caliber, barrel type and length will vary.  The condition will vary greatly, but all are of interest even if the box is split or damaged.  Digital photos are the best way to determine condition and estimate value.  Some boxes are more common and others are more rare.  Prices will vary depending on rarity, caliber, and condition.
