Ogle notes in his 'Book of Colt Paper' that 1903 was the first public offered catalog from Colt. All previous catalogs were 'dealer' issued.
First page (the stiff cover is missing)
The gun dealer stamp on the cover is for 'William Read & Son'
who was notable as a turn-of-the-century dealer of sporting goods in Boston
