Colt Optics (C-More) red dot sight without rear A2 sight

 

This sight, (CMS63457), without the A2 style rear sight is a Colt Optics branded polymer base in the original 'tan' with blue lettering Colt container.  Originally these sights were made with the Z arm type mount for fixed carry handles.  When the flat top rifles first started becoming popular Colt Optics sent out a coupon where you could send it back and they would remount it with the A.R.M.S. mount. 

The mounting bracket is the upgraded A.R.M.S. type, which was installed at the factory by C-More (Colt Optics).

3V 'DL 1 / 3N' Duracell Battery removal with correct screw hex wrench

Using a 'Lowes Kobalt' wrench and 1/64th hex head

to remove the two metal screws of the battery plate
