Colt 'Realist' 3x scope in red picture box - 2 of Two  (RARE)

Made in the U.S.A.

This scope was used in Vietnam during the late 60's and early 70's on AR-16 rifles. 

 This one showed up in an obscure online auction and regardless

of the poor condition of the rare box, the scope works perfectly.

Note: this instruction manual calls the Colt Scope

 for an AR-15 Sporter a '3x', not a 3 x 20

In 1964 Colt ( a Fairbanks-Whitney Co.) became Colt Industries

with Colt becoming a 'Firearms Division' of Colt Industries during the Vietnam War.
